I'm a bit confused as to the image versioning. I'm curently running 1.6.0-wndr3700v1 from the main gargoyle d/l page. The dropbox images are labeled 1.5.x. Is this update based on 1.5 or 1.6? Does it matter?

Edit:
Maybe I should just stop being a pansy and try it. Netgear WNDR3700 v1, sysupgrade via web gui. So far so good. Kudos.

For what I have followed so far, there were several different builds with the same version number, 1.6.0.

I think we need to bump that, specially now with the heartbleed being fixed.

Will the next version of gargoyle include the patch for connlimits in iptables?: https://dev.openwrt.org/ticket/6168

I'm assuming it will considering Gargoyle is based on OpenWRT and that patch was included in OpenWRT since r39878 but a confirmation would be good. Thanks.

For those who bricked there routers

I also got my TP-Link tl-wr1040nd bricked (I had no problem with my Routerstations)

I have now recovered my router with a serial cable, If you have the gear it is a simple procedure.

1.6.1 seams to work fine

I have now been using this build for entire week on my TL-WR841ND v8 without any crashes.

Before using this build, I was using 1.6.0 version from download page, but I got random connections drops and router needed reset every few days.
