fix blocking static IP mismatches, for some reason the new OpenWRT v3 firewall renamed the forward chain to delegate_forward

On init, make sure any sections that are no longer valid are removed from gargoyle menu

initd plugin translation

Russian-RU/pptp.js - remove windows end line

webcam.js - fix file name

i18n: polish translate for plugin webcam and minidlna

client+ap mode now working with no problems, tested on both wzr-hp-g300nh and wzr-hp-ag300h. mega thanks!

The build run well since 48 h, but... webcam not working.
I accessed the webcam page and it says no usb webcam detected ... i'm using microsoft webcam.
It requires other drivers for my webcam? Where should I put them.

I am running this version now for 4 days with no wifi isssues i had with 1.5.10, all seems stable.
My el cheapo chinese webcam was detected as usb webcam but there was no image, i plugged it out and in and my router rebooted :o
Maybe i will try it again sometime but i do not want reboots because i want to be sure the router is stable.
