Can't check properly from my phone, but it looks like during the migration to 1.13, we (me...) Accidentally dropped the relayd package which would be why you're seeing the behaviour you are.

If you can get relayd from one of the other ar71xx profiles it should be compatible (just not the usb_nand one).
I'll check the config when I get a chance and issue a new version if I'm right.

Not sure what the expected behaviour is, but I just tried setting up the cloudflare DNS as a custom DNS. The entry field isn't long enough for the IPV6 addresses (limited to 16 characters):

1.1.1.1
1.0.0.1
2606:4700:4700::1111
2606:4700:4700::1001

Manual installation of relayd solved it! Thanks @Lantis
