Guys, it doesn't matter how much we're going to seed, but the point is that users can't connect to trackers - at least according to the @Flak screen, it looks like a DNS problem :? . I have seeded almost from the beginning ;) . To date, 13GB downloaded from me.

Downloaded. Installed over 1.11.x from 21/09/2019 (preserving settings). Everything looks good.
