Hi All,

Working fine on Archer C7 V2, but QoS distribution graph shows only 1/4 of the pie, I'm using IE. not a big issue, but everything looks fine.

Thank you all for all your hard work.

I've only got one problem that's been there for the last 4 or 5 releases and that is the QoS (Download) - Active Congestion Control not displaying the status.

On a recommendation I did a firstboot -y to reset from scratch but it did not work. This is what I can see.

I assume I check by telnet into router and doing a ps?

If so, the answer is no, I can't see qosmon running.

Just a followup. I've rebooted a few times now and qosmon never gets started. It's been that way for a number of releases as well, I assume, because I've had this defect for a number of releases. Perhaps something to do with the Archer C7 V2 specifically?

I've connected the router to my syslog server and there are a number of errors in there as well but nothing with the word qos in them.

Ideas?

It should get started by the main QoS init script.
What if you disable and reenable

You're the only person reporting this problem.

disable/re-enable no effect

While no one else has reported it, I have it, no doubt there.

I see that qosmon is in /usr/sbin/qosmon and /etc/init.d has qos_gargoyle, any reason why I cannot run from an ssh session with the right parameters?

Ok, from /etc/init.d I did a
./qos_gargoyle stop
./qos_gargoyle start

I got 4 errors in syslog but no qosmon started.

The errors were:
daemon insmod module is already loaded - sch_sfq
daemon insmod module is already loaded - sch_hfsc
daemon insmod module is already loaded - cls_flow
daemon insmod module is already loaded - cls_fw
