Where do you see that this is supported by openwrt?
There's no firmware and that wiki page is hardly completed.

The patches required to support this are currently going through approval and then they will be committed to DD branch which Gargoyle does not support.

I am therefore unable to produce this image.

Hallo,

can you build a image for:

Router Model: GLI GL.iNet 6416A
Link to Openwrt wiki: https://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/gl-inet/gl-inet_64xx
Is it supported in Openwrt? Yes
Does it have >= 4MB of flash? Yes
Does it have >= 8MB of flash? Yes
Does it have USB support? Yes

This router has 16MB flash and I'am not shure the existing older 8MB image will work.

Thank you very much, Hendrik

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Later I tried the existing 8MB image from revision 1.8.1 on my 16MB device and it works and the whole memory is available. Therefore the 1.9.0 build is not urgent.

Thanks.

I will no longer be accepting requests for routers with 4MB of flash. The images no longer reliably fit into this size and it is a counterproductive use of my time and yours.

Going to avoid this one. Looks complicated on my end sorry.

I would have done this some time ago

Eric was keen to keep them alive

I just want to (where possible) avoid giving people stuff that has a high probability of bricking their device.

I am now up to date on all requests and accepting more.

Please note that i will no longer be providing images for routers with 4MB of flash.

Please also note that i will not be providing images for routers which are not supported in Chaos Calmer. If you have a router that is only supported in Designated Driver you will have to wait for Gargoyle to migrate to this platform. There is no current ETA for this as this platform is under constant development.

Hey Lantis,

I just noticed your note above about "rejecting" this request.

According to the link:
https://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/linksys/wrv54g
This router has 8MB of Flash and 32 MB Ram

I am still very much interested in a Gargoyle firmware for this router if you are willing to build one for me. (Please?)
