It work with openwrt I don't know how difficult would be to make gargoyle work with it, but it looks the better choice in the market.

This router does not appear in the OpenWRT table of hardware.

In my view it is not support by OpenWRT until it does despite other claims by the manufacturer.

Some time after it appears there it will be supported by Gargoyle.
