Smaller lease times

Maybe we could have smaller lease times?
Like, I've been using dd-wrt in the past, and it let me to do 1 min leases...
I only have one dhcp ip set in my router and I'd like it to free the lease within 15 mins...
Maybe it's just a matter to change the behaviour from hours to mins?
