session limit per ip

i realise this feature is already implemented, but its only global limiting, it would be nice if gargoyle would allow you to limit sessions like what tomato firmware does.

also limits by "groups" e.g. Create a group and add IP address to it.

The only way I know how at the moment is by IP address range
