Support for @ and other characters in smb/nfs/ftp usernames

Hi there,
through the webinterface it is not possible to set usernames like "müller@live.de" , i think this will be very common in the future (cause of Windows 8 -> usage of Microsoft id as local user).

Hope this will be fixed

Looks like its a linux issue

See if you can use the %40 instead of the @ symbol
