You can always install it via command line
Install instructions here: http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/howto/cifs.server
Keep in mind you cannot install the luci-app-samba package as
you cannot use Gargoyle and Luci at the same time.
So you will have to do all samba configurations via command line
