Specify VPN for Tor and/or based on port/QOS/mac/ip/L7

I have a Tor enabled VPN and I could run an out-proxy 24/7 if I could choose to route all of the Tor traffic through it : )

I would also love to be able to specify traffic based on machine and port (QoS and/or l7 would be awesome too).

Could we start a Gargoyle Tor exit-node team? Wait, there is no such thing, off to the Tor mailing list!
