IP/Mac/PC-name Binding with Username And Password

1-There must be a individual Username and Password that will be bound with IP-MAC-Pcname binding.
the user name and password will be offered by addmin..
and only be used for Internet access.
.there will be no bussiness with Router other Resources with those username and paswords.

how can I give an specifc Username and password to client for his MAC-IP-PCname bound system..because some clients changes their MAC and PC name and use Other Clients Quota/
Any solution SIr. plz Help again

Also known as Hotspot Authentication.
Woud be really a nice feature

previously i dont know that what it should be said.. then some tomato user told captive portal is helpful for that.. then obviously u r right. it is called captive portal.. thnx for corrcting me..

i dont think so that eric is intressted to make captive portal....
i have designed some pages in asp that may work in fututre versions of tomato.....u can download code from here. have a view
