ADD QOS PRIORITY CLASS

I just like to request a priority classes function in QOS for the easy prioritizing packets. Like HIGH, NORMAL, and SLOW like DDWRT.

I think jefman is referring to some routersv(billion) ability to set packet priority, I never found this worked but your experience is better in this respect
