I've seen another post with a very similar request.
I give free bandwidth to my neighbours but I have no way of communicating with them.
I can set data limits for them and when there usage has been used up a splash screen comes up telling them so. On this screen I would like to add a basic text message telling them some information. Also I would like a space to add a URL for an internal web server for more detailed information or web forum etc.
