For me, its possible to do a mac filter.
Usind static IP / MAC, you can do a list of well know hosts and configure it to use Bandwidth Quotas, in Firewall/Bandwidth Quotas
Again, in Bandwidth Quotas you put a rule "All individual Host Without Explicit Wuotas" and set it to Max total Up+Down to ZERO Byte and so When Exceeded: Shut Down all internet acess.
Ah, Quota Is Active: always.
All host not listed, will not have internet acess.
I am facing a problem w/ this config, I cant set max bandwidth anyway when QoS Ub and Down is enabled.
