Lease date

I think a good complement to 'lease expires' would be 'lease date' (e.g. 12:00:00AM). It would help troubleshoot things.
It could be implemented either:
-As a native tooltip effect with title tags in the 'lease expires' column. Or through a JS library for tooltips which would also work in mobile.
-Or as its own 'lease date' column next to 'lease expires'.
