Different Quota for time of day?

I'm trying to restrict the kids by both time of day (only access Weekdays 7pm to 8pm / Weekend 10am-10pm) and by a total monthly download say 10Gb.
Kids devices are grouped by static IP ranges
I can create the monthly download quota on an IP range but I was not sure I could just have that quota apply to set times with limited access outside those times. They use a mixture of wired and wireless devices so it is not as simple as just killing the wifi.
I'd rather avoid going in every Friday night and manually enabling the 'weekend' quotas
Any thoughts?
