Wndr4300-QoS slow down the internet

hi guys
I have my netgear wndr4300 installed the 1.7 version.
network : 100Mbps FTTH download speed about 10MBytes/s
After turn the QoS on(both upload and downdown ) Service Classes :fast(99% BW) ,
the download speed olny 4MBytes/s.
any solution?

I had similar situation. speed for file donwload slow down from 50Mbps to 15Mbps. I changed in DL QoS settings: QoS Service Classes settigns for TVoIP service from RTT to Optimize WAN utilization and it come back to 50Mbps.
I have other problem:
it does not recognize VoIP service class?
When I call via wifi / SIP protocol it shows this stream as normal for DL/UL direction. Does not goes like RTT service VoIP.
Does any one notice similar problem? How to solve it?
before in ver. 1.6.2 it was working ok.

Hi Moderators,
Can someone have a look why VoIP class does not work in 1.7 ver.?
now SIP calls are not stables via wifi connection.
VoIP class is even not shown on QoS Distribution in Status menu.
TP-link WDR4300/ver. 1.7.0
VoIP class was working in 1.6.2 very good.
I see many issues with QoS settings for ver.1.7.0.
When can we expect some upgrades.
QoS is the basic for proper stream management on internet interface, due that I chosen Gargoyle.
