quota feature must have one favour.. that if the option "when exceed" is selected as Throttle.. then it must have a while loop..because throtiling bandwidth can be done multiple times..
for example..@1gb throtle to 300kbps and when it reaches to 2Gb throttle again to 100 kbps.. and again if reaches 3gb then 50 kbps..when reaches 4gb then "shut down all internet access"
