Unable to add ip's to Classes

Post by illuminati »

Hello all,

I have this weird problem where I'm unable to add any IP address's to any QoS service Class other than the default service class.

On the top half of the QoS page where you can add the rules, I create a rule for my main computer's static ip, choose the class be applied to, make the rule, click save changes and nothing... My computer still remains in the default class as well as all traffic. Infact I cannot add any computer to any other class apart from the default one.

What's going on is there something obvious I'm missing?

This is all on a wr1043nd running the lastest 1.5.4 firmware.

Are saying the rule does not save correctly or that the traffic does not get into the proper class?

Please post a screen shot.

Both, I guess. When i create a new rule placing lets say '192.168.1.35' and save it to 'fast'. When I check bandwidth per class 100% of the traffic still goes through the default 'normal' class.

Tried rebooting after each time I create a new rule, still doesn't save ip's into classes.

Read the Wiki man, on the download we use destination IPs.
