How to reset bandwidth statistics

Post by ripmyundies »

Him I get a monthly bandwidth from ISP, and want to track what client us consuming it.

However, is there a way to reset the statistics, so on the 11th of the month when I get new bandwidth I can reset the stats on Gargoyle too.

Cheers

no but you can use SSH to router and clear bw directories and files..

1- "/tmp/data/bwmon/" and
2- "/usr/data/bwmon/"

clear these two dirctories using ssh login. use winscp to login for better use.

Tip: after clearing directories dont reboot ur router, because it will save them again.. Just unplug ur power directly.

i think u will get rid from those stored bw data 100%
