192.168.2.2 and 192.168.2.127 = pc with installed cctv monitoring software
dunno why the conflicting ip disable whole internet connection (except some device and some url)

and the dvr / cctv machine use ip 192.168.2.111 but not detected by the router, but the pc can access the dvr/cctv machine

solution:
1. i pull out the lan cable from dvr / cctv machine
2. stop the cctv monitoring software / just installed 1 software for whole network
