{Q}IP obtaining error After setting static ips

hi am using gargoyle for 3 years and am loving it
my router is TP-Link TL-WR741N/ND v1
up and running with Gargoyle V1.6.1
my problem is when i set a static ips for all devices i have
all of them can`t get the specified ip automatically
(I Mean if i had specified an ip for my phone or laptop i cant get the ip automatically and can`t get internet access so i have to Write it down manually)
this was happening on the older version that i was using before V1.6.1
Can anyone help me

If I understand the question correctly, I have the same problem

I would be nice just to have a tick box and then click save

I don't knew where I should post that but if you could please guide me on how to setup my network and limiting devices that accesses and setup a Quota to Etch individual device that taking IP starting Form (.16) to (.24) if any of them downloaded with speed up than 100kB/s (800Kbps) for an 30min to throttle Bandwidth on that device to (100kB/s -(800Kbps)-) the reset of the hour
i tried to make a Quota looks like this

1- Calculate the required time for download a file in 30min with (100kB/s -(800Kbps)-) =160mb
2- setting 2 QoS (Download) Service Classes
A- (100k)
with setting Bandwidth Maximum to (800Kbps)
B- (No Limit)
with setting no limit
and adding New Classification Rule with IPs starting from (.2) to (.15) in Destination IP (192.168.1.2/15) Set Service Class To: (No Limit)
3- setting Default Service Class: (No Limit)
4- creating Quota Applies to only the following host(s)
(192.168.1.16/24)
Max Download: limit to 160 mb
Quota Resets: every hour
Quota Is Active: always
When Exceeded: throttle Bandwidth
Upload Class: Slow
Download Class: (100k)

is that will limit all device or will limit devices that takes IP form (.16/.24)
because it says on login page in pc that given IP 192.168.1.4

what is wrong in my setting

unlimited net connection 4MB (512kB/s dwn \ 256kB/s up)
tp-link router (TD-8816) works as a modem
TP-Link TL-WR741N/ND v1 running gargoyle V1.6.1 (192.168.1.1)
with 7 devices connected to it directly 2 of them wired
taking IPs from (.2) till (.7)

then another router (HG532n) running as a AP connected to (WR741N) with cable and setting an static ip for it (192.168.1.8)
with 7 devices connected to it directly 1 of them wired
taking IPs from (.9) till (.15)

then another D-link AP (DAP-1155) connected to (WR741N) with cable and setting an static ip for it (192.168.1.16)
with 8 devices connected to it directly 3 of them wired
taking IPs from (.17) till (.24)

If update form V1.6.1 to V1.6.2 Can i restore my setting ?
is the automatic obtain ip address issue fixed in V1.7.1 ?
