Gargoyle stops after 48hrs

Post by ripmyundies »

Hi all

Running 1.5.4 on Linksys WRT54G

Working well, I have wireless turned off on Gargoyle and just using as a DHCP, Port forwarding and mostly for it's excellent bandwidth monitoring.

However, after 24-48hrs it stops dead. Can't even ping it's IP, no internet...dead. I pull the power and try again

Anyone got any clues. Don't think Logread.DMesg shows anything? As below.

root@Gargoyle:~# logread

I think these are cleared every time you reboot so just looking at them after the reboot will not show you anything.

Try running "logread -f" continously and see what the last messages look like before the router locks up.
