Transparent bridging

Post by wgblondel »

Hello everyone,

Sorry if the question has already been asked, but the Search functionality of the forum gives me an Error 500 as soon as I want to load page 2 of the results :?

I have a Linksys WRT3200ACM running Gargoyle configured as Wireless Bridge, connected to a Netgear R8500.

It works very well and I am very happy with it.

However, on the Netgear R8500, the Linksys router + all the devices connected on it have the same MAC address. I would like to be able to differentiate those devices.

From what I understand, what I want is a "transparent bridge". Is there a way to do that in Gargoyle?

Thank you

No sorry, there's no transparent bridging in wireless.
