I am using router Beeline SmartBox Turbo+(MT6221AT/128 MiB DDR3) based on 19.07-SNAPSHOT (commit b3b7665e622798a83a792ca766f47d3683c2c76e).
When i trying to connect modem Modem HP4220 LTE cat9(aka Telit ln940 / Foxconn T77W676 ) in MBIM mode via USB it doesnt work.
Any ideas?

It seems to me that you have entered a PIN code on the SIM card. First, clear the PIN on another device to see if that helps.
