How to block/limit devices on Gargoyle 1.10.0

Device Name:Gargoyle
Gargoyle Version:1.10.0
Model:TP-Link TL-WR841N/ND v9
Device Configuration:Wireless Bridge/Repeater

I need to limit devices speed up/down and sometimes block them from the repeater wifi

This is not possible in this mode. You must set the speed limit on the main router.
