v1.11 OpenVPN observations

Possible solution found, i'm just testing it on my end now but it seems to have helped.

NOTE: This config change will be incompatible with your existing config and could lead to reboot loops etc. I would strongly recommend being familiar with failsafe reset procedures, making a backup, and then either of the following courses of action:
1. Disable Openvpn, make changes, reboot, clear browser cache on openvpn page, setup from scratch
OR
2. Make changes. Manually remove the vpn interface from the network config. Manually change the vpn_zone in the firewall config from network to device and vpn to tun0. Reboot.
