I think there might be a misunderstanding of the “bridge ip”.
Your LAN should never be accessing it at the bridge IP, this is a dummy IP used for establishing a relay.
All access should be done at the Relay IP.

Please view the following diagram to understand how the bridge works before proceeding. Everything ends up on the same subnet.

http://lantisproject.com/downloads/gargoyle_ispyisail.php for the latest releases
Please be respectful when posting. I do this in my free time on a volunteer basis.

Did reset the router to factory defaults.

Internet / WAN
Connect Via: Disabled
Wan Ethernet Port: Disabled

Local Network / LAN
Router IP: 192.168.1.1
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
DNS Servers: Default Servers Specified by ISP
Allow NameCoin/OpenNIC Resolution – On
Force Clients to Use Router DNS Servers-Off

Wireless
Wireless Mode: Disabled

LAN DHCP Server-Enabled
Start: 192.168.1.100
End: 192.168.1.249
OpenVPN-Disabled

Attached USB Printers
Canon CAPT USB Device is connected via USB.
You can connect to your printer on IP 192.168.1.1 via HP JetDirect protocol.

Computer setting
IP: 192.168.1.100
Mask: 255.255.255.0

The printer selected by the user https://www.gargoyle-router.com/wiki/do ... ed_printer

The printer is connected to a USB computer-a test page is printed.
I connect the printer to the USB router. I add the printer port 192.168.1.1. HP JetDirect protocol. The test page is not printed. The file remains in the print queue. Printer message: "Incorrect Port. The port to which the printer is connected is not supported. Check the port.»
I switch the default printer port. I connect the printer to the computer USB. The page from the print queue is printed. The one that is not printed on port 192.168.1.1.

What am I doing wrong?

Reset the gargoyle router again, this time leave the router defaults then try the USB printer again.

I'm not happy with your custom configuration.

We also need some screen shots. Use imugur to host the pictures then post the links.

We are getting closer now

The DAP-1350 and PC are connected via LAN

The printer does not print. Tried to reset the default settings. The printer does not print. After each of the changes made restart the DAP-1350 and PC. Nothing helps. I don't know what else to do. Can throw out DAP? :-)

I'm now leaning towards a bug in the firmware?

How about trying 1.11.x firmware

No problems. Is this firmware suitable for DAP-1350? I'm not getting a brick?
