That wont work - any reply to 192.168.0.x from the isp router will go to the routers WAN port unless the subnet on that router can be set to 255.255.0.0. Draw (like ispyail has) how your routers are currently connected and whether to LAN or WAN ports.

Depends on what he is trying to achieve

If its isolation it will work well

yep - sorry I misread the WAN/LAN ports on the drawing on the second router.
