TOR single client enable/disable

Hi all

I think there is labeling problem with the enable button



When clicked it should change to "disable" or the word should be "toggle"?

I’ve just pushed a fix for this now.
Sorry it’s taken so long, it’s been on my todo list since you raised the issue

This also pointed out to me that the openvpn client window needs updating. this is also fixed.
