Constant Reboots on Archer C7

Post by Statik »

Hi all,
I've been running 1.8.1 on a TP-Link Archer C7 for a couple months now and I finally got around to trying to setup the blacklist and whitelists. I got partway through setting it up and the router started to reboot. I have removed all of the blacklist and whitelist rules and the rebooting remains. I have not been able to load configuration defaults or upgrade the firmware or anything to fix the problems.
I would love some help in getting my network back.

Unplug your router from the WAN to see if it stops rebooting.
If it does, then you should purge your bandwidth usage data as per the following thread: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8948&p=39584&hilit= ... nin#p39584

If it doesn't stop rebooting when disconnected from WAN, do a failsafe reset.

Please be respectful when posting. I do this in my free time on a volunteer basis.

Thanks, deleting the BWMon files worked!
Now I need to look into upgrading to 1.9.1 I guess. :)
