In short, you need a router with faster CPU unless you change your settings.

PM me if you need to buy Gargoyle router in Australia/NZ, willing to pay me to help you on your Gargoyle configurations or build custom configured ROM with pre-installed app or try to fix your bricked router. Yes, I am looking for job/work.

i have only enabled quota not qos,
if i disable quota some 4 to 5 mbps change happen. that is i could get up to 34 -35mbps i need to check by flasing company firmware and see if same happens

any way can you tell which is the router which can give this speed, so that i can buy he same

As for checking i flashed the TP Link firmware, and surprised to see speed of 60mbps. Flashed Back Gargoule 1.9.2 removed all restrictions, quotas, mac filtering etc. then it give 35 to 40mbps.

when i removed all the restrictions settings are equal to OEM. So i think some improvement needed in the Gargoyle or can have a separate setting to enable the full capability of the router

I'm not at my home ATM, but as I recall, when you enable QOS there is a setting for maximum throughput measured in kbps somewhere near the bottom. The default kbps is quite low. You'll have to change that manually to better reflect your actual throughput on both upload and download qos pages.

You said qos isn't enabled but it sounds like it might be.
WRT1900acsv2 / alas, back to DD-WRT

The firewall processing takes time in the CPU. Limits top speed.
It is what it is.

Thanks to jayraj and lantis

enabling QOS it become bad

again CPU issue

no rules are enabled by me at present. so fire wall taking time is some thing i doubt

if with same cpu native firm ware able to do better and almost same setting of Native firmware it must minimum mach performance thats what i feel

Even with no rules it takes time and CPU cycles.

Stock firmware uses hardware NAT acceleration to speed up. This isn't available in ANY third party firmware.
It is just the way it is I'm sorry.
