That is also the correct answer. But this time you should try to upgrade to 1.5.4 and try to check if it is working, before you try to restore the settings.

ahh ok yes u r right, i unselect the tick boxes can c more options ... i fill in an entry, like 192.168.3.40 and it stays . thanks for tip :) many apologies to Eric and crew , wasted ur time ... Research indicates the WNR2200 firmware is a Netgear's modified version of kamikaze 7.09. Again, this is similar to the WNDR3700's which appears to natively run a fork of build 7.09. The problem is that TP-LINK is not using the routers physical MAC address (for the WAN port). Gargoyle/OpenWRT is. If you get your ISP to notify your routers real MAC address instead of the fake MAC address that TP-LINK uses, then it will work. You could also change the routers MAC address to the sa...
