Re: gargoyle-ispy 2015-October-01 07:49.torrent

I just want to give an update on development, since I haven't made any commits in the past few days: The biggest holdup right now is figuring out how to get things to fit on 4M routers -- right now things aren't going to fit. The CC kernel, is 100k bigger than the BB kernel, after compression. I may...

Re: CC Build gargoyle-ispy 2015-September-28 06:43.torrent

Please elaborate on this: "Still defaults to BG wireless and selecting different wireless options." I have heard reports of instability, but have not heard reports of wireless defaulting to B/G. Please let me know your setup (with screenshots if possible) and how you tested this (how do yo...

Re: Email notifications plugin revisited

Sorry if I pulled an older version of the plugin -- the source code I added was the latest version that I could find that you posted.

I am always happy to use your latest code/updates -- just send me a pull request on github when you have a fix update and I'll make sure it gets included.

Re: [Gargoyle UI/UX] Requesting upgrade from dark ages

Node.js is not going to work. One of the comments in that second link in the post above indicates a binary size of 9.6M. Gargoyle needs to work on routers that have an entire flash disk size of 4M , so... no. It's just too big. The primary reason things are the way they are is to maximize load speed...

Version 1.8.0 - Stable

There are very few changes between this release and 1.7.2, but this release is the first official "stable" release based on Barrier Breaker. While not as much time has passed between the port to Barrier Breaker in 1.7.0 and the release of this stable branch, this branch will now become the...

Re: Version 1.7.2

There are no improvements in this release that are likely to make a big difference with respect to bandwidth issues people are seeing. The bandwidth issues that are being reported in 1.7.X but are not present in 1.6.2 are entirely the result of issues with the Barrier Breaker branch of OpenWRT, noth...

Re: Adblock Plugin

nworbnhoj: I found one failure case for the plugins that may be causing the problems you experienced, which should now be fixed in the repo. What was happening was the result of the fact that when you upgrade and preserve settings, the plugins are not preserved, but some of the config files installe...
