Re: Version 1.7.1 - Guest Network Support

Done some more testing. The restart and loose settings appears to be my router at issue rather than the build. Tested against 1,62 and that also had the same issue so have to assume my router is at fault. Will do some searching to find what could be the cause of it loosing its settings :(

Re: Version 1.7.1 - Guest Network Support

tbh this build is not good :( So I backed up my config. Had a power cut so restored the configuration, that then had no difference at all - router was still in same state of no connection details etc. I then went to put the details in manually and found that after the connection page I had no access...

Re: Version 1.7.1 - Guest Network Support

Loathe to retest this one, I turned off my router and it lost the settings so I had to put them all back in. Is this a 1.7.1 issue or my router?

Re: Guest ssid

From a personal point of view, not tried the plugins but I don't mind as long as it is straight forward :) I'd prefer the network settings area. Either way it would be awesome - I did have a try but unfortunately it was last minute I lost my network as a result so quickly put it back with a note to ...

Setting it up to handle Steam Downloads?

Has anyone managed to cover the steam download in the QOS rules

I tried using the download ports specified in here:

https://support.steampowered.com/kb_art ... -GLVN-8711

ie

TCP 27014 to 27050

But that didn't get caught, anyone any ideas or managed to do this?

Re: Backblaze Backup Service & QoS

I couldn't get the steam aspect to work though, I tried using the destination and source ports from https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8571-GLVN-8711 For the download one ie TCP 27014 to 27050 Not as critical as backblaze handling which is always on but would be helpful Anyone any i...

Re: Backblaze Backup Service & QoS

Just a quick thank you, I got back blaze recently and had hit this problem so was just googling the solution when I came across my old thread! My only hiccup was not appretiating the rules are handled in order so these rules need to be above other rules that may get caught (I have the rules split in...

Re: Guest ssid

Gargoyle is supported by a few very dedicated individuals that drive the program forward with no financial gain. If you hop into the documentation link you will see a document on info for developers if you want to see how you can assist if you have the skills. Adding new features is down to the team...

Re: Current DHCP Leases & IP reservations

Do you mean the static ip is assigned within Gargoyle or on the device.

If on gargoyle I would assume it is as it gets allocated by gargoyle on a renew. If on the device I wouldn't have thought so.
