At an ssh prompt, not telnet. But yea.
opkg update
opkg install wget --force-reinstall

Re: No WAN ip after reboot
Sounds more like an openwrt problem than gargoyle. You're both using the exact same hardware and experiencing the same problem. No other users report this problem. Even myself I can reboot modem or router individually without the other and the link renegotiated within 60 seconds. I guess you could r...

Re: 1.9.x Wireless Bridge/Repeater
I have tried to fix this in the latest version however the code is under review.
If you're at all code oriented you can implement the fixes yourself.

Re: W1043ND V10 1.9.0 brick after bridging WAN to LAN
This is a perplexing post. There is no w1043nd v10. So you must be talking about the wr841nd v10? At which point I now wonder, which firmware did you use because we don't support it lol? If I took a guess, v9? Which has a different model switch to the v10 which could be the reason that this failed t...

Re: Router loses setting when unplugged
It would be better to figure out and fix why this is happening instead. Have you tried flashing a later firmware version or factory resetting the current one? If you still want to go down your original path you'll need to use CRON and either the built in backups function or just grab things from /et...

Re: Issue with wget...
You never mentioned what router you have? But with plenty of space, installing the ssl version of wget is going to take 30 seconds following my instructions from earlier.

Re: gargoyle-ispy 2016-February-18 01:51.torrent
All good as long as you got it running again. Languages are downloaded from the Internet. If you haven't set up your connection yet then you won't see any languages. I believe it is expected behaviour in most connection styles on a fresh first boot. I think if you just plain old connect via Ethernet...

Re: V1.9.0(exp) on 1043ND V1.8 Wifi at 150M only
As for why you're only seeing 150 instead of 300mbps. I would hazard a guess that your 40mhz setting isn't actually being used due to congestion as discussed in this thread here; https://www.gargoyle-router.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=8476&start=10 If you need anything clarified let me kn...
