I'm guessing that this is embedded in the firmware.
To change the logo you will likely need to create a new Theme as a custom repository.

Re: Speed Decrese by more than 50% (Setting Screenshots)
Your router is comparable to mine in specification but in contrast my download speed is only about 11000 Kbps for the download speed. To me the specifications are already very good. pbix may need to clarify what he was referring to speed wise. It may be that he is discussing the limitations of tryin...

Re: TCP - UDP Timeouts and better ping
In my testing, changing these values yielded little to no improvement to ping. I had better luck getting my QoS Setup refined and a manual ping target.
The default values in Gargoyle (1.7.1) are:
Max Connections: 4096
TCP 600
UDP 180
The Cisco recommended defaults are different.

Re: Connectivity lost after a while on phones
Not sure if mentioning this is much help but I get a lot of unstability if I have the channel widened to 40 Mhz.
With 20 MHz only both (Android) mobile phones are stable and remain connected with dataflow.

Re: NETGEAR WNDR3800 1GBport?
The port speed is determined by both ends in handshake.
Both devices need to support Gigabit and you need the appropriate cable (CAT 5E and CAT 6).
Are you positive both devices have a Gigabit port?

Re: Speed Decrese by more than 50% (Setting Screenshots)
Ok, First up: http://www.gargoyle-router.com/wiki/doku.php?id=qos (Read this document thoroughly, it will help to grasp the concept of QoS in Gargoyle) I know it's quite difficult to comprehend at the start (I think I finally understand it enough to help rewrite portions of it to make it easier to u...

Re: Need Help with PS4 Rules
I had a similar setup to yours originally with QoS Port Rules etc but found it to be a pain to manage. My main issue is my girlfriend loves to stream video (all the time) and it affected the ping heavily for Realtime Games. I ended up simplifying it to just 2 Classes: Normal (99%) and Gaming (1% Min...

You probably have the Default Class set to your iPad class.
Post some screenshots.

Re: Default Service Class Problem?
Should you even be specifying a minimum here for the classes that is exactly the same as your maximum? You're trying to allocate a minimum of 65,000 kbps in total.
I'm surprised this is working properly at all given your maximum bandwidth is set to the minimum allocation for Class 1.

Re: Netgear wndr4300 install
Going back to the Original Post.
I just noticed that the tar you linked to is an upgrade file which is for upgrading from an older version of Gargoyle.
If you are on Stock Netgear firmware then you need to use the 4300 factory .img file to get Gargoyle onto the hardware.
