In this special case, a large part of the UI underwent a massive change and so some settings are incompatible. This causes the errors you saw. Does this mean settings cannot be preserved when upgrading to this build? If so, please post a note about this in the first post so that people will know. T...

This Nov 07 build seems to be performing a bit worse than the Nov 04 build (I upgraded preserving settings). The previous bugs I had reported are resolved. The time is set correctly on a fresh install, and the reboot loop problem is gone.

I was yesterday... over night we changed to Standard time and I haven't tried to reproduce it again (to minimize the impact on my family)
