Can you please show the steps you are taking and the output you are receiving?
It works for me.

Re: Slow Wifi speed with OpenVPN
This usually means that your router won’t accept the country code and it is being overridden.
I do not recommend using “noscan = 1”. It is against regulatory requirements.
Your OpenVPN is taxing the CPU and dropping maximum available wifi speed. You can’t fix this without a faster router.

Re: plugin-gargoyle-logread install fail
Why are you trying to do this from the command line rather than the GUI?
Also because you are custom building your firmware (you are aren’t you?) you need to supply the package built in the compile process to the router.

Re: Unable to connect to router in bridge mode
You are free to set the buttons to do whatever you like via the command line.
I was under the impression that router already has reboot and firstboot bound to the button, but I may be remembering incorrectly.

Re: Adblock Plugin
The problem is not with the plugin. I have proved it works.
No, that is impossible with DNS blocking. This is at the router level, not the browser.
Yes at some stage it may allow you to add other block lists.
You can add them yourself be editing the plugin.

Please provide a log when it goes down.

Re: 1.10.0 smb password won't work
I have tested this exactly as you have stated.
I observed the correct behaviour under Ubuntu.
I observed the correct behaviour under Windows AFTER rebooting.
Are you sure that this isn’t your client misbehaving rather than Gargoyle?

Not all routers require it. Some do.
I'm glad we found you a solution.
Regulatory settings are an intended feature in a future version.

No, please don’t edit that option.
It is used internally for loading iptables modules.
