There in lies the problem :( I don't appear to have enough memory to install the USB-storage plugin, although i believed it should have worked out of the box https://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/ubiquiti/airrouter I have only installed the base firmware. I wonder has the installation not gone 100% to plan ?...

Correct, the AirRouter has a USB port but doesn't use it with the factory firmware.
I already have rebooted with USB stick inserted but it made no difference. Its a Kingston 16GB, formatted with NTFS.

Are there specific formatting requirements ?

Ok, maybe im going mad but i do not have the menu 'Change Plugin Root" available. I only see the ability to 'Add plugin Source" and Refresh

Am i doing something stupid here or is the interface hidden on the AirRouter ?
