Probably a CPU problem - you can try it as follows: Temporarily turn off the bandwidth monitor and try if it improves, it will be a slow CPU.

If Gargoyle has DHCP turned off or is in Bridge mode, the hostname is not visible. The only option is to add data to files, as @Lantis says through ssh - but it's an impractical and extreme solution.

Who says it is a bug? Regulatory rules for Finland say max of 27dB. Find a piece of legislation that says otherwise, and present it to wireless regulatory maintainer (Seth Forshee) if you want it fixed. In my opinion, 27dbm maximum PCI-E performance will be 5GHz card. Already in OpenWrt Chaos Calmer rc3 this performance was recorded (https://dev.archive.openwrt.org/ticket/ ... #comment:3).
