I'll also chime in with a huge thanks to the Gargolyle team and Pbix specifically for his excellent QoS implementation. Gaming, VoiP, downloading, and video streaming all work perfectly together thanks to the awesome QoS.

Any chance any of you devs can modify the build process to build FAT images for this and other routers so that we can use full 8MB images?

The D-link DIR-825 has 8MB of flash ROM but it uses an odd flash layout which results only some of that space being useable. The D-Link DIR-825 B1 builds are also missing. It's an 8MB device, so there shouldn't be an size issues.
