Re: Version 1.5.8 - USB Storage with FTP

Unfortunately, I got no help on this. Overall, the support from the community is so little that I'm seriously considering to flash another firmware - the question is, who support their stuff nowadays - dd-wrt isn't better, nor is the vendor.

Re: Version 1.5.8 - USB Storage with FTP

One more detail I missed to post about. My phone (Galaxy Nexus) stopped connecting to the wifi so I turned off its wifi setting. About 30 mins later I saw its entry still under Connected Wireless Hosts. Shouldn't it have dropped from the list completely? Also, it shows "1" under Bitrate. A...

Re: Version 1.5.8 - USB Storage with FTP

The DHCP is buggy but who can squash those bugs. Oh noez, a superbug ! We need a superhero. Now, seriously? Wii didn't connect this morning. It had 47mins left under current DHCP lease. It had NO entry under Connected Wireless Hosts. At the same time, under Hosts With Active Connections, it showed ...

Re: Version 1.5.8 - USB Storage with FTP

Bugs that are not reproducible are the hardest to fix. Those strange lease times might be part of the same issue. The router shows the devices that cannot get back on my network as actively connected. I also see a few 10.* (unknown) entries under Hosts With Active Connections. The DHCP is buggy but ...

Re: Version 1.5.8 - USB Storage with FTP

Thanks for 1.5.8. I almost never run MSIE so I'm still on the first 1.5.8 build. As reported under 1.5.7 first, I still have an issue whereby my devices start to drop out and would not reconnect anymore until I reboot the router. I never had to do that up to 1.5.6 and I've installed almost all versi...

Re: Sorry. You are not using Tor. (1.5.7)

I guess this is a new feature request. Something like point my windoze pc to 192.168.1.1 and on the Management Utility have more options that just "Enable Tor for your IP" but also "Enable Tor for..." and a drop-down of the other hostnames/IPs on my network. This way I can force ...

Re: 1.5.7 and Netgear WNDR3700 2.4Ghz

It sounds like only you and I are having that issue. I'll start a new thread under 1.5.8 as I upgraded and the issues is still there. I didn't have to reboot the router daily until 1.5.7.

Re: 1.5.7 and Netgear WNDR3700 2.4Ghz

I also have tons of issues on WNDR3700v2 with 1.5.7. Mainly devices that drop connection would not reconnect back to the router. Looking at the list of connected hosts, they appear to be connected and yet, none of them would reconnect until I reboot the router. All my devices are entered in the DHCP...

Sorry. You are not using Tor. (1.5.7)

I need a hand troubleshooting the Tor features. I'm running 1.5.7. I only set "Enabled, Toggled By Each Host" and left the other fields at their defaults - tor relay, block non-tor protocols, etc. When I go to one of my PCs and enable tor (I see "For your IP, Tor is: Enabled") an...
