Hey dpint, a quick question on updating. If someone has installed via the UI and wants to update, is it OK just to follow your first post but with an "opkg upgrade" instead of the install? Or should it be removed one way or another before upgrading? Aside from the special update to the .sh...

"Current DHCP Leases" uses hosts, but I haven't id'd yet what, for example, "Hosts With Active Connections" and "Bandwidth Distribution" use. They have things in them that don't exist in hosts or ethers.

It would be a dynamic list though, prone to change at any time, so hosts would quickly become obsolete. Maybe the key is finding what those UI sections and others, like WoL, normally do to determine the hostname. Just noticed this in 1.9.1, too. Had me going for a while before I realized, "Oh, no DNS." I first noticed something was wrong when the router's date/time wouldn't update.

Good to know that it can get wiped out. I'll keep an eye on it.

@Lantis, since he appears to be gone now, does the second issue that I quoted in the last post appear to be a general issue from what you've seen around here, particularly with the C7, or is that some kind of anomaly in his environment?

On that midnight thing, I didn't mean to suggest that it was a bug, just kind of a loophole in the system in that the category "Bandwidth usage" will always be zero if someone chooses midnight.

Is Layer 7 OK on 1.8.1? I just reproduced the issue without using Layer 7 filters.
