Do you think it could be modified so

1) The quota is per user/IP ?
2) I have unlimited night quota can it be done to be active on specific time only ?

I've been trying DNS workarounds for weeks, the best (and fastest) way I was able reach was using OpenDNS port 5353

but again, I feel that DNS slowness is a result and not the core issue...

is there anywhere in the logs or something that I can pull-out or check while the issue is happening ?
