Reset to Defaults / Erase NVRam
Eric, Any way you can implement a Reset to Defaults or Erase NVRam command? I know with the Atheros chipset, as long as I have Redboot access, I can just go in and do an "fis init -f" command to completely blank NVRam. Wondering if you can implement a command like that pretty easily for fi...

Re: Release Schedule, New Sub-Forum
I'll sacrifice my over 30 days of uptime on my Fon 2201+ when the final version 1.0 is released!
Is there going to be an interim version?
Or working furiously to get the final 1.0 build out?

Re: AP+Client
http://www.tomsguide.com/us/wireless-bridging-ntk,review-88-6.html http://www.air-stream.org.au/wireless_bridge I've never used AP/Client mode... but have been reading up on it to see if I could help do some testing on it. According to those couple of web pages, and a few others, once you put a devi...

Re: Hardware using...
I have been using it for 1 Month now on my Fon 2201+ ( 8M / 16M )
Running the lastest bleeding edge build.
Runs more stable than DD-WRT did on the Fonera routers.
I do still use DD-WRT on my Broadcom based routers though.

Re: Question about quotas
When you are setting the static IP's - what are you setting?
You set Static IP, Subnet, and Gateway correct?
Gateway IP should be the IP of the router.
Also set the DNS entry 1 to the IP of the router.
Then you should be able to access internet.

Re: New Authentication System & Bug Fixes
I am liking the bleeding edge build!
On my Fon 2201+, I'm 8 days uptime and still plenty of free memory.
I usually had to keep rebooting with DD-WRT loaded.
Very nice work!

Re: Siemens SE505
I use both DD-WRT and Gargoyle. While I am definitely liking Gargoyle, its ease of use, and speed on my FON 2201+, I'd have to recommend you try DD-WRT for your Siemens SE 505. DD-WRT does build Micro versions, which are very small builds and can run in limited RAM Check them out - they should have ...

Re: Gargoyle - Failed Stealth test @ grc.com
Ahh... good info.
I guess I'm safe then... don't do P2P or Torrents.
Am definitely digging this Gargoyle bleeding edge atheros on my Fon 2201+

Gargoyle - Failed Stealth test @ grc.com
OK... I'm definitely liking this Gargoyle, am using the bleeding edge atheros release for my Fon 2201+ I'm wondering... why it would fail the Stealth test rating @ www.grc.com ? It shows ports closed or stealth, but not all of them. I put my main test computer, Windows Vista Ultimate - SP2 (its out!...
