What exactly does, "it won't save" mean?
Is it doing nothing when you hit save? Is the waiting icon spinning forever? Or does it save and then just not connect like you would expect?
I still need a picture of your settings please.

Is the device you are trying to wake a static IP or no?
The 00 mac addresses are coming from the ARP table. This means that the router tried to find out who was at the particular IP address, and no one responded.
This is why i ask if a device may have moved?

When you login to no-ip, is the correct ip shown?

youll need to use the procedure on the first page of this thread. There's a version of DDwrt that has the correct US header. From there you can then downgrade, then upgrade to gargoyle. Better than that, those instructions tell you how to find settings that work for you. Everyone's settings are slightly different.

Auto login... not sure. We could just make the page accessible without logging in.
