I have also setup the swap partition as a primary partition, where I can see that you have set yours up as a logical partition. It should not make a difference in Linux, but maybe it could make a change in the auto activation mechanism used by Gargoyle. I can't remember if I needed to reboot my rou...

yes mine was the first partition and it worked okMaybe it did not recognize it automatically, as it is not the first partition on the HDD, but who knows.

Most likely but its an advanced topic and not plug and playIs it possible to use pc as a router? I built a nas with more horsepower than it needs, if i can use as a router, i can save some money.

TrueIf you wish, use a SWAP partition on a USB disc, then you should get enough memory to be able to enable TOR.

3g was reconnecting every 20 minutes as post above
after 12 hours of use I suspect my WISP temporarily disabled my account?
Started working an hour latter and have now turned off the 20 min reconnect
